Classic Carlectables model cars have just release 1:18 and 1:43 scale models
of 2 of the most popular drivers on the circuit. Jamie Whincup, who is currently
first on the championship standings with his Redbull Racing teammate Craig
Lowndes in third place on the standings.

We are slightly disappointed with this years 1:18 scale V8 supercar models.
There have been a few changes compared with the previous years. The white outer
box, is no longer a full box, and is now a sleeve which goes over the inner box but
does not cover the 2 ends.
The biggest disappointment would be that the doors, boot and bonnet do not open in
this years V8 supercar model cars. This may have been done, because the engine bay
detail of a V8 supercar is quite simple and not much to look at, compared to a
regular vehicle. Even without opening doors, the interior of the model cars have
a great amount of details. The exterior of the car has maintained its high standard
of details compared to previous model Classic Carlectable models.
Each of the 1:18 scale model cars are limited edition, with 1000 made in the Craig Lowndes
model and 1200 made in the Jamie Whincup model. Each of the model cars are also
supplied with a certificate of authentication which states the unique number of each model car.

The 1:43 scale model cars are a great lower priced alternative to the 1:18 scale models.
The Classic Carlectables are also a sought after collectible model car and are displayed in a perspex box
with outer carton. The perspex box is perfect for displaying your model car without removing
it from the box, keeping it in mint condition.
