Orders
Q: How long does it take to have my orders delivered?
A: For our shipping times, you may refer our shipping page.
Q: Do you accept payments and orders over the phone?
A: Yes we do. Please call 1300 554 288 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm AEST.
Q: Can you ship my order by express post?
A: Not all products are available for express shipping. Please contact our office on 1300 554 288 to organise express shipping. Additional cost is approximately $65 for express shipping.

Q: Does shipping cover warranty?
A: Regular orders do not have insurance unless you opt this at the checkout page. This is ideal for ordering protective plastics, such as weathershields or headlight protectors for their safety during shipping.
Q: It has been 7 working days since I placed my order, why hasn’t my item been dispatched?
A: In most cases we ship within 1 or 2 days of receiving a paid order. Some car specific items such as tailor made floor mats, custom made seat covers, dashmats, window sox or weathershields are usually made to order so you will need to allow 7-10 days before we can dispatch your item. An email would have been sent to you within 24 hours advising the delay.
Q: I’ve just received the tracking info, but Australia Post/Toll says the tracking number is invalid.
A: Please allow about 24 hours before tracking information reaches the Australia Post/Toll website.
Q: The Australia Post tracking says my parcel has been stuck at Kent Town SA for 5 days.
A: Australia Post tracking system “Scan In” their tracking info, but not “Scan Out”. If your parcel appears to be sitting in one depot for an extended period, it means your item has left that depot but has not reached the next depot to be scanned in.
Q: I received my dispatch notification email 2 weeks ago, where is my item?
A: Please track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track for Australia Post, or https://online.toll.com.au/trackandtrace/index.jsp for Toll Priority. It is very likely there was an attempt to deliver your parcel, but no one was present to sign for it. A card may have been left for you, and you are able to collect the parcel from the specified Post office branch.
Q: Can I pick-up from your store?
Unfortunately pickup is no longer available.
Seat Covers
Q: What are Esteem Velour seat covers made from?
A: Esteem velour seat covers are made from European suede fabric.
Q: Why are seat covers cheaper for some certain cars?
A: Seat covers for the most popular vehicles are pre-made in bulk, offshore. This allows the price to be lower. Seat covers for less popular vehicles need to be custom made (hand made) in Australia which adds to the cost.
Q: Can I return custom made seat covers?
A: Custom made cannot be returned for a refund as they have been made specifically for your particular vehicle in the colour that you have chosen. We would be glad to have them amended or adjusted to fit exactly to your seats if there is a fitting issue. Only pre-made sets can be returned.
Q: Does this seat cover pack contain both front and rear seat covers?
A: If the description states it contains front and rear, then it will contain both front and rear seat covers.
Fitting Seat Covers
Q: I have controls at the base of my seat. Will the seat covers hide these controls from our reach?
A: When fitting the seat covers to the front seats, the covers don’t actually cover the electronic buttons etc. on the plastic part on the side of the seat. The seat cover has to be pulled in between the seat and the plastic, leaving the buttons uncovered.
Q: A carpet sheet is covering the joins at the back of the backrest and seat base. How do I install the seat covers for this type of seats?
A: At the sides of the carpet sheet on the joints of the seat fold are small holes where you can pass through the ties of the seat cover.

Rob was excellent to deal with! Timely correspondence and answered all my questions for an informed purchase. Definitely talk to him for any MOTOQUIPE purchase.
About my purchase: I bought the Rola roof rack for my Audi TT MK1 ALMS edition. The OEM racks are near impossible to find. These Rola racks are much better looking than the OEM ones and add an updated look to the TT in my opinion. The only downside to this purchase was that the website quoted price was not correct and I had to pay quite a bit extra for shipping. I do understand that MOTOQUIPE had no control over the courier increasing shipping cost but it would've been nice that the website had the correct shipping cost to begin with. The Rola rack looks super on my TT. I found that the front rack was 1 to 2mm too long from the manufacturer and it was hard to install. Rear was perfect.
All in all, best option for Audi TT roof rack! I'm very happy with this purchase!

I had some dramas finding seat covers for my particular vehicle (D22). After purchasing the wrong set (D40), they offered a tailor made canvas option which was a great quality product, fit perfectly and tight, had well written instructions and a couple extra freebies too. Price was as you'd expect for a quality product that will last for years to come.
Emails back and forth were well communicated and I was kept in the loop through the whole process.
Easy process overall considering the dramas at the start

Middle and rear covers fit perfectly however front base straps didn’t secure well. Have modified to make them better. Overall good product for the price.
