Restocking Fees

As many of our products are hand made to order in Australia, it is very important to order
the correct product. Many of these products can take weeks or months to manufacture and will be specially made
just for you, based on your specifications. If the incorrect custom made product is ordered, a restocking fee will 
be applied (if eligble for return). Please see our restocking fee summary below.

1. Off the shelf items (universal non-car specific)
- no restocking fee applicable

2. Tailor made Window Sox and dashmats (hand made)
 - 75% restocking fee for cars over 20 years old
-  40% restocking fee for cars less than 20 years old

3a. Protective Plastics (hand made)  - non-stock items
cars over 20 years old - 75% restocking fee
cars less than 20 years old - 50% restocking fee 

3b. Protective Plastics (hand made) - stock items
35% handling fee 

4. Sperling seat covers - Premade sets
Getaway, Weekender, Tradies, Empire- 15% restocking fee 
Hand made seat covers - 75% restocking fee for cars over 20 years old
-  40% restocking fee for cars less than 20 years old

5. Black Duck SeatCovers (hand made)
- 15% restocking fee 
Popular models - returned to stock
Older or not popular models, returned to Black Duck (pending Black Duck approval, RAN required)

6. Wet Seat  (hand made)
- 40% restocking fee (pending Wet Seat approval)
No return if not approved.

7. Ilana Seat Covers
- Universal sizes and Premades - no restocking fee
Hand made - 75% restocking fee for cars over 20 years old
-  40% restocking fee for  cars less than 20 years old

8. Floor mats
- Universal and tailor made (off the shelf) - no restocking fee
- Tailor made (made to order) - 75% restocking fee for cars over 20 years old
-  40% restocking fee for cars less than 20 years old 

9. Car-specific Products (that are ordered in)

- 50% restocking fee for cars over 20 years old
-  30% restocking fee for cars less than 20 years old
