Not as good a quality as I thought for the cost and communication has been terrible !! Still waiting to get my front seat covers takes about a week or more for them to reply to one email ! Will not use again

Hi Steve, sorry for your experience but we have replied to all your emails promptly. The issue with your order was, you got confused with 'First Row' and 'Second Row'. You ordered 2 x 'Second Rows' thinking that a 'Second Row' is a 'First Row'. We are reshipping your replacement at no extra cost to you.
